Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using eHire.ai (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent ("you", "Customer"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is provided by Sage7 AI, LLC ("Sage7 AI", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in the United States. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Sage7 AI.

2. The service

eHire.ai is a B2B sales outreach platform that helps businesses source leads, enrich contact information, score prospects against your ideal customer profile, and run automated email sequences. The Service uses third-party AI APIs (including Anthropic's Claude) to generate personalised email content.

3. Account registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your organisation to these Terms.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate, current information during registration. Accounts created with false information may be suspended.
  • One account per organisation. Sharing credentials across organisations is not permitted.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful B2B outreach purposes. You must not:

  • Send unsolicited commercial email (spam) that violates CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or other applicable anti-spam laws.
  • Target individuals for personal (B2C) solicitation rather than genuine B2B outreach.
  • Send email on behalf of a domain you do not own or are not authorised to use.
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, or deceive recipients.
  • Scrape, extract, or resell lead data obtained through the Service to third parties.
  • Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or any technical restrictions.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose including but not limited to phishing, fraud, or impersonation.
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or disruptive code into the Service or any lead's systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without notice or refund.

5. Plans, pricing, and payment

Plans, pricing, and included quotas are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe. All fees are in USD and non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to active paid subscribers. Free plan limits may change at our discretion with reasonable notice. Downgrading your plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Monthly lead and campaign quotas reset on the first day of each calendar month. Unused quota does not roll over.

6. Intellectual property

Sage7 AI retains all rights to the platform, its code, models, and branding. You retain all rights to your own data: campaign configurations, lead lists you upload, and email copy you write manually. You grant Sage7 AI a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

AI-generated email openers produced by the Service are provided to you for your use. We make no claim of ownership over AI-generated output delivered to your account.

7. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of lead data complies with applicable data protection laws in the jurisdictions where you send email.

If you bring your own email inbox ("BYOE"), you are responsible for that mailbox's authentication and sending reputation. We are not liable for deliverability issues arising from your own inbox configuration.

8. Uptime and service levels

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime SLA on Free or Growth plans. We perform maintenance during low-traffic periods and will communicate scheduled downtime where possible. Credits are not issued for downtime.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAGE7 AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR OUTREACH RESULTS WILL BE ACHIEVED.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAGE7 AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sage7 AI, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. You may close your account from the dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraud, or non-payment, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days (allowing recovery), then permanently deleted unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules. Class actions and jury trials are waived.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
