1. Who we are
eHire.ai is a product of Sage7 AI, LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in the United States. We operate the eHire.ai platform, which provides AI-powered B2B lead generation and outreach automation services.

2. Information we collect
Account information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, company name, and (optionally) your Calendly URL. If you sign up via Google or Microsoft OAuth, we receive your name and email from that provider.
Campaign and usage data
We store campaigns you create, lead lists you generate, email sequences you configure, and activity logs (emails sent, opened, replied to, bounced). This is core to delivering the service.
Business contact data (leads)
As part of the lead generation service, we source publicly available business information — business name, website, address, and professional email addresses — from third-party data providers and public directories. This data relates to businesses and their employees in a professional capacity.
Technical data
We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) and use session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising trackers or fingerprinting.
Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card number. Stripe provides us with a tokenised reference and billing status.
3. How we use your information
- To provision and deliver the eHire.ai service (lead scraping, enrichment, AI scoring, email sequences).
- To authenticate you and maintain your session securely.
- To send you transactional emails: campaign alerts, hot lead notifications, monthly usage reports.
- To process billing and manage your subscription via Stripe.
- To troubleshoot issues, monitor uptime, and improve product reliability.
- To comply with legal obligations, including fraud prevention and law enforcement requests where required.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to train general-purpose AI models beyond what is required to personalise your own campaigns.
4. Third-party data processors
We engage the following sub-processors to deliver the service:

5. Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of cookies strictly necessary to operate the service:
- Authentication cookie — keeps you signed in. Expires with your session or after 30 days.
- Cookie consent preference — remembers your choice so the banner does not reappear.
- CSRF token — prevents cross-site request forgery on form submissions.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking scripts on the eHire.ai platform. You can manage your preferences at any time via the cookie banner or by .
6. Data retention
- Account data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after deletion to allow recovery.
- Campaign and lead data is retained for the lifetime of your account and deleted within 30 days of account closure.
- Server logs are retained for 90 days.
- Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by US tax law.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Request that we restrict processing of your data.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.

8. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

9. Security
We use industry-standard protections: TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption for stored credentials, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No internet transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously.
10. Children
eHire.ai is a B2B service intended for use by businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact [email protected].
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
